As a counsellor, therapist and trainer my work with individuals,groups and my own life's experience over the years has convinced me of the efficacy and effectiveness of introducing Mindfulness and body - mind- spirit practices into our daily lifes.
This conviction has led us to open classes in Mindfulness Training in Glasgow, Hamilton and Uddingston areas.
We have further expanded our Mindfulness classes to include other multi - cultural practices as outlined below. We have already expanded the range of the classes in the Hamilton and Uddingston area to this effect and shortly will implement them into our Mindfulness courses in Glasgow as well.

My Name is Kate Loughran
My name is Kate Loughran. I currently work as a senior manager with the Acute Sector of the NHS in Glasgow. I have extensive knowledge of health care from both a clinical and managerial perspective.
I am a Registered Nurse and Midwife, I have a Masters in Public Health Medicine from the University of Glasgow
As part of my personal and professional development I undertook a Postgraduate Diploma in Person Centred Counselling at Strathclyde University and qualified as a Counsellor in 2006.
Since that time I have become increasingly interested on how our mental processes and formations influence the body and health in particular.
Together with John we deliver our own unique mindful stress reduction and eating training programmes in Glasgow and Lanarkshire.
